We live just four SkyTrain stops from the largest shopping mall in British Columbia and third largest in all of Canada. Before today, I don't think I'd been there this summer. Jay went in order to stop at Body Jewlz and I went along. He has place for a third earring midway up his lobe on the left side. The small wire ring broke off a while ago and so he needed to buy something. He chose a smaller, silver ring with a ball that matches the others.
The Metropolis at Metrotown was absolutely mobbed as it was early Saturday evening. Thousands of young shoppers go to hang out; I guess that's still 'a thing'. I couldn't think of anything to buy but the trip was pleasant enough and it's sometimes nice to witness how others live.
