As you can see, the weather today was nice. This made us think more about summer and what we might do.
This morning, we bought flights on WestJet in order to spend a week in mid-August in Montreal. We like the city as it's a bit like travelling abroad without leaving Canada! We stopped on a road trip once or twice, but the very first time, we flew there. We'd only been in Canada a couple of years at that time in 1998. In fact, it was so long ago we took a charter airline called, Canada 3000.
We're past time to spend some quality time in Quebec. We'll look for an Airbnb in the city. I guess we should probably do that soon too. The Montreal Pride Parade 2019 occurs on August 18th during our stay!
