Heat Warning?

Environment Canada has announced an active weather alert for New Westminster, BC and surrounding areas. Earlier in the afternoon, it managed to reach 32°C here.



To us, this is an optimum daytime temperature. In fact, now that we're retired, we try our damnedest to spend winters in this range too. Today's heat would surely be a normal temperature where Jay grew up. Strangely, he and a pretty sizeable chunk of the global population live where it's often 32°C but have never been under a 'heat warning'.
