Starting last year, there are two chariots: one pulled by oxen and the other by devotees themselves. We met up with the street closures near Times Square only a kilometer of the eventual three from the start. Moving along takes a lot of time as it frequently stops for blessings and events. We got there at around 10:00 am.
The whole day tomorrow focuses on activities at the 'Waterfall Hill Temple' and so we'll be sure to head there too and I'll take more colourful photos. On the third day, the procession will return to the original temple.
