I bought my upgraded fitness tracker in February. My old Mi Band could not track heart-rate data. With this newer one, I discovered that checking my pulse is interesting. Of course, as expected, the number of beats per minute is very dependent on activity, exercise, and emotion. When I am at rest and really try to 'get into the zone', I can sometimes achieve readings under 60 bmp.

I actually physically feel much more at ease when my heart rate is slow. I've always known I have a propensity to be naturally lazy and I like it that way.
