These two photos are not connected to each other. Actually, they couldn't really be physically much further apart. I can say that I interacted with both in the matter of a few short hours though.
The top photo is of a Graigslist apartment rental in Puerto Vallarta. Last night, I sent the link to local friends who enjoy the coastal, Mexican town. It was mostly a tease, signaling a potential interest in joining together to rent a two-bedroom flat for a future winter.
The second drawing is of a condo construction project near the Dehiwala Zoo in Sri Lanka. I did more than look at the website. I wrote a message, and due to the half-a-day time difference, got an answer back from their sales office in under an hour.
I'm happy we started travelling pre-Internet as we had to actually exist in the location where we were. Yet, I'm glad to have the Internet now so that I can find out virtually anything in record time and with minimum effort. You, however, may go back to your mindless, social-media browsing now.
