I turn around and generally find lunches of 'fusion' rice and curry. Jay cooks what I call fusion because our plates often contain foods and ingredients from all over. Today's was typical but I noted a nod to Chinese New Year in the addition of a bit of gai lan, daikon, and an extra half of a boiled egg.

I was noticing as we were grocery shopping this morning that there was nary a trace of processed food in our cart. That was all I saw in most others' check outs. I honestly don't know what some of the inner-aisles of the Canadian Superstore contain.
