I can accept that many people who come here are after more proof of my continuous wit and charm, as well as examples of tremendously stunning prose. Yes, indeed, all of that sneaks out during the immensely interesting personal details of my life. However, one primary reason for these entries is to document what I do. So, this is what I did.
The most representative photo I could use today was this image of my own adhesive bandage. Initially, we went uptown to complete additional banking work. Ideally, all my GICs will eventually line up for redeposit on the same day of the year. As we do not plan on spending winters locally, we've managed to get most financial chores moved to the summer months. Perhaps by next year, every important decision will come during the very same week. That's the goal.
After the pleasant experience in front of our advisor's computer, I went to an uptown medical lab for routine testing. As usual, I came away with two punctures. My blood veins hide deeply under my skin. No mater how hard I clench my fist, the technicians seldom find one on first jab. The image above was from my good arm. I expect a big, blue bruise on the other one tomorrow.
See, this was most obviously journal material!
