Today, several $2 plastic bands arrived from China. The newer Mi Band with a heart rate monitor is not very expensive but I'm sufficiently happy with the original I got about a year ago.
Nowadays, the only time a mailman (or woman) gets to put anything in my box is when I order junk online. Previously, we had asked for a hold on all unsolicited mail and flyers. As well, I think we have managed to turn off paper billing for everybody with which we do business. Now that I got Canada Revenue's My Account online code, I will not even have to wait for next year's documents to arrive by post. I will be able to file taxes from anywhere right at the end of February.
Gotta go. I'd better 'get shopping' in order to give Canada Post some reason for existing.
