Thankfully, that horror was over today. When not actually in the direct sun light though, it is pretty darned cold. At least that is my story because the high of 17C (62F) will be quite a bit higher than if we were at home. Vancouver is supposed to only get up to around 3C (38F).
Anyway it was a good day to run errands. I went over to the other side of the river to use our bank's ATM.
I was going to get a haircut too. But as I was there before 11 AM, I couldn't find any barbers open. On a Saturday, small shops don't open very early. I'll have to go tomorrow, the first day of the work week. Or, I could let my hair get really long and unkempt again. Some guys my age don't have as much as I do. As Ulla sang, "When you got it, flaunt it."
