
It's funny that one reason we travel is to prevent from falling into ruts; however, at the first opportunity, we create habits wherever we are. Humans really are creatures of habit, are they not?
Although this type of bread is usually thought of as a south Indian or Sri Lankan food, there's a guy who cooks it here. The layers seem especially flaky and delicious. He's set up nearly in the street on our side of the river.
