So I looked to my photo collection on Flickr for a little inspiration.
It was there I found this copy. In June of 2005, we rented a van and got away with friends to see a bit of beautiful BC. From June 21st to 23rd, we visited the Okanagan region and did a winery tour. We vowed that the three-day trip would be the first of many. So far, it is the only time all of us have done a road trip. Of course the summer of 2015 hasn't officially started yet ...
Interestingly, it was these very photos which prompted me to search for a convenient way to store and share images online. This is a copy of one of the very first which I uploaded after deciding on and joining Flickr. At the time, that service had not been bought by Yahoo and was physically still housed as an offshoot to a gaming platform here in Vancouver. I guess it was a wise choice as I continue to keep photos under the same account. There are over fourteen thousand others now.
