I would like to say that the Trapp+Holbrook fits into our downtown quite well. It must have cost a bit of extra cash to save the facade of the old Trapp block. I saw that it was dismantled piece by piece. Some of the construction fencing has been taken so it's pretty easy to get a good glimpse now. I like how it keeps the street level in character while letting the building rise. Nice job!

Now I can't help but look at the lifeless, sterile angles of the Anvil Centre and sort of wonder if it will ever look like it belongs in our downtown. There is never any colour nor activity along that glass stretch of Columbia Street. The wide sidewalk is nice but seemingly always barren.
