Mind you, we have not ever witnessed the mercury dip below 14C (57F) in Puerto Vallarta. It isn't a whole lot warmer, but it's starting to feel a little bit more humid. Things have turned out perfectly for all the Mexicans flocking to the beaches to celebrate their Holy Week vacations.
