I was surprised last Monday when I went down to the strata pool and hot tub area. There was a sign on the door which said it'd be closed for one week. I knew that we always had pool maintenance in the fall. I guess I was surprised by the lack of prior notice. That was surely not a big problem in the scheme of things and the incident actually made me thankful we have such an area in our apartment complex.
It really is true that we all take so many things for granted. Most things, in fact, are missed only after they are gone. Over this Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend, I'm going to remember to count our blessings, of which there are many. Very many!
I just came up from this area which has reopened.
