This picture from my balcony was taken before I went to school today. I like my InstaWeather app a lot. It allows me to take squarish, Instagram-looking photos with weather-related text superimposed. In most cases, these snaps end up on my Facebook wall. In fact, until adding the one above, I had only posted one example in my eJournal and images after purchasing the app back in February. I do usually send a back-up copy to Flickr though.
I think my collection is an interesting way to review the weather and a bit about the year. I just noticed I have over 60 examples from my first try in February. Around New Westminster, they show the weather gradual warming with a low of -3c degrees. They also show I was in Egypt, Jordan, and Israel in May and June. In fact, the highest recorded temperature of my year, occurred in Jerusalem on May 30th at 33c. Today's morning temperature of just 9c means that we should be thinking about getting ready for winter!
