I have always thought that I was pretty good in finding cheap flights. We have flown out of SeaTac to save hundreds. I've used Kayak and booked international flights through Flight Hub. I cannot remember the last time I spoke with a travel agent. We've never had a problem, I might add.I had never really put Google to work for me for these chores though. I was just playing with Google Flight Search and discovered I will be returning to it when going actual fare scouting. I like how it avoids showing itineraries with ridiculously long stopovers. I like how easy it is to flip through alternative days and see the instantaneous effect on prices. Once upon a time there were only a few choices when trying to book airlines and hotels. Now there are almost too many options!
