Weather or Not?

Okay, I don't buy phone apps often as most of the ones I need are free. Yet, I figured it'd be worth $1.99 to reward the folks that created InstaWeather. I tried the free version of the app and liked it. I can foresee snapping a photo when on vacations or during unusual conditions. For example, I tried doing something similar by commenting on Instagram images when we were in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in December. Weather is something we all experience yet never seem to tire talking about.
