At 100 calories for three cups, popcorn makes an excellent snack. One cannot get much more whole-grained than an exploded kernel, can one? Now that I've forsaken margarine, I dab a bit of virgin olive oil on them and add a dash of something like paprika, oregano, or half salt.
Keep those manufactured cookies and biscuits away from me. As well as not being healthy, they don't even taste very exciting.
