Since that time, I've developed an even greater drive to document the little things in life. Today's Daily Picture Parade image is just the outside of a new container of frozen yogurt we bought this afternoon. Somehow documenting the trivial is much more important to me than being artistically proficient.
I just wish during the first 43 years of my life, I had snaps of the foods I'd eaten, or the views from all the places I ever lived. The magic of an image is that it's like external brain storage. It makes me very sad that more people don't take the opportunity to save the stuff of life in jpg format.
This digital picture of driftwood was taken on the Sunshine Coast of BC during April 2002, a slick decade ago.
