It does seem a shame that we do not use the Internet to a little more of its potential in our own lives. To be honest, everything that I learned in college can be found online now. Of course people are not any smarter nowadays, but the availability of information is assuredly greater.
I find it more than a little annoying that educators cannot do a better job at teaching people how to develop their own interests and create the questions based on them. Unfortunately, critical thinking skills are as seemingly scarce as they've ever been.
