I've been rather fascinated with GPS devices since my first handheld Garmen. It must be said that I never really fooled around with a dedicated car model. Of course, since owning a smartphone I've used Google navigation a few times. Foursquare has probably been my most important reason for using the built-in GPS. That was until now.
I just discovered Glympse in the Android market. I can think of many practical ways in which this software might be helpful. Its widespread use might even lead to less of the annoying question always overheard by cell phone users on public transit.
Glympse has already made its way to my phone's home screen.
