The situation felt a little like discovering forgotten coins in an old coat pocket. My camera has a tiny bit of internal memory. I guess it's for emergency use. In this case, I must have forgotten to put the standard memory card into my camera one evening during last autumn's vacation.
Just today, I found two, night photos which were taken in Lisbon Portugal in September. On that day, I had probably taken out my memory card to copy the day's images to my notebook computer. This means when I took this image of the train station, it was saved inside the camera. I usually don't have access to the internal memory. Seeing them in the camera came as a bit of a surprise. The little gift reminded me what an excellent time we had in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.
