Earlier in the day, I copied some video off from SD cards onto my external drive. I also burned the HD content onto DVD discs as well. They are formatted in AVCHD and will only work in a Blu-ray player, such as my PS3. Still, it's good to have multiple copies of everything. I don't think I have ever lost a bit of important data, and I got my IBM compatible PC in 1986!
I wanted to clean the SD cards to prepare them for next month's overseas trip. I had not removed the video from May's trip to Mexico. I also had some summer clips. It is so easy to upload to YouTube that I'm quite shocked I never do so. I decided I could at least upload something today.

The something I chose is a 40-second clip which was taken last month when we went down to visit Lynne and Joel in western Washington. I love their desert home. It might be the swimming pool or how royally we're treated when visiting. On July 24, we took a little day trip out to see the wind generating facility in Kittitas County. The big moving structures were quite impressive and amazing.
