July 1, 2005 doesn't really sound like that long ago. Quick, how many days have passed since? In most cases, when figuring out something like this, it would be necessary to get a calculator or at least a pencil. Yet, I have a quicker way. I know that it was exactly 1,713 day ago. I know this because that was the day I started taking at least one photo per day. I wanted to start a project that documented something about my life. I have uploaded an image to the Flickr website each day ever since. Feel free to take a look at the following link to view them.

I find it interesting to go back and review them once in a while. It's not a hassle as the process only requires several mouse clicks. All our trips are there, as are the days when not much of anything happened. Still, I know that I pressed the shutter release on a camera on every one of those 1,713 days.
