I still have another week or so of pictures from the Sri Lanka trip to get online. We left there in October. I've not even started to get the pictures from Thailand or Cambodia online. It seems to take me months to upload travel pictures. Why can't I simply copy straight out of the camera? Why am I such a perfectionist in thinking I can improve each shot with a little image tweaking?
Today, I did get another twenty on Flickr. Among them, was this shot of Unawatuna beach in the late afternoon. Why do I so want to include it here today? Perhaps it's my annoyance with our November rain. It might be the fact we could well set records for the amount of rainfall before the end of the month. It might be just because of the sheer contrast to what's happening outside my window.
