I half expected to write an entry at BCIT as my students were taking their final examinations. However, I found myself correcting the copies of the listening portion first. Then, I was able mark the papers of those students who finished early. After all were finished, I packed up the tests and went over to my office on the Burnaby campus. I stayed there until all the paperwork and e-forms were completed. It was about 8:25 pm.I hadn't brought any dinner as I hadn't really planned to finish up all the papers this evening. So, I was a little hungry and stopped at a McDonald's on the way home. My local, uptown one stays open till midnight. I didn't know that!
Now, I'm officially on vacation for a week. Not only have I sent out the email informing students of the results, but I ate junk food. You should see the grin on my face.
