I had a great day but I'm really lazy tonight. I will just post a couple of pictures. The cherry blossoms in Vancouver are a treat and everyone looks forward to seeing the triumphant arrival of spring.
However, there are different species of ornamental trees. Also small changes can make a difference as to when they put on their best show. The weather makes an enormous difference. Even microclimates and elevation are factors. We usually follow ones on St. Patrick Street uptown.
Today, we went for a drive through the Queen's Park neighbourhood. We found that these trees were not at their peak yet.
Still, this is enough for today's eJournal entry.
