When in Vegas, we walked an average of 14 kilometers per day. However, with the escalators and elevators, we didn't have much of a change of elevation.
So, it was nice to get back to more normal walking exercise. I walked uptown to the Royal City Mall and back down the hill. The distance I covered was only about 4.25 kilometers but I saw a change in 69 meters of elevation.
Today's scenery had few bright lights and advertising screens. However, even though summer is slipping away, many of the residents along the way are still trying to hang on to it.
