I had to snap a photo of our balcony today. To us, it looks very unusual with nothing on it. In fact, I don't ever remember seeing it bare. It must have been empty when we bought the place but that was so long ago, I have no recollection of the sight.
I do have nearly a hundred posts with the balcony tag. Generally, these images include photos from it, but some might include contents.
The reason is pretty simple: our buildings are being painted. One step is power washing all the facades and balconies in preparation. We were asked to remove everything from our balcony a few weeks ago. Workers have been all the way around both buildings before getting to us.
