This apartment in Puerto Vallarta was a great last-minute find for us. I do think our requirement of being in the Romantic Zone was correct and although we have a budget, we are happy where we are. It's not just the interior at #4 412 Aguacate that has worked out nicely; we've liked the large balcony area. I love having "outside" space. The main doors are always open from the time we get up until bedtime. It does seem like those outdoor chairs get more of my butt time than any inside. Considering the climate, I have not seen many places with as much sufficient outdoor area as ours.
I'm thinking of this only because we have just six weeks left in Puerto Vallarta from tomorrow. For some reason, I was considering all the places we've lived over the years. Of course the majority has been in the New Westminster condo. We bought that place in 1998. It features a fairly long but slightly narrower balcony than here. The New West flat has wide glass doors which can be slide open when the weather is cooperative. I sit outside there a lot too.
It is very nice to have a turnkey place in Metro-Vancouver. We have not considered parting with that property.
